This is a huge joke. I know people dont trust the courts but the fetus/baby cant give an opinion. For all we know it wants to die.
And who is the interpretator going to be? Does the baby give sign language such as kicks? Or is it more spoken in the form of gas releases?
Either way I think the baby is currently saying the judge should go to a mental hospital and that is contempt. The baby and its mother should be put in lock up before they are sent to Mexico (or other country of heritage)

Don't you have to be a citizen of a foreign country to be an illegal alien?

I don't know in the US for sure, but in Italy you can legally stay here only if:
a) you're an Italian citizen
b) you're a citizen of another EU country (even without a visa, within some time limits)
c) you're a foreigner, with a valid passport (and, for most nationalities, a valid visa / within time limits)
d) you're a foreigner who's surrendered himself to the border police asking for asylum

There are people who don't have any citizenship. It's not like they can enter and stay as they want.

Sorry, but unless the fetus can live on it's own without the host, it doesn't have personal autonomy. The woman is the one giving the child all the nutrients and substance it needs to live. So that makes it a part of her body.

What does a heartbeat prove anyways? I mean a person in a Persistent Vegetative State has a heartbeat, but their brain may be long gone. Just because the body has bodily function doesn't mean it's sentient or even sapient.
