This made me laugh, so i thought i'd share it. I'm probably biased cos i'm an (ex-) pot-smoking, liberal hippie, but Amsterdam, and the rest of the Netherlands, rocks. I've been only twice, for a week at a time each*, but both times i found myself wanting to live there.

So, to make this less bloggy, what are your opinions on Amsterdam/The Netherlands and its relaxed attitude to sex, drugs and rock n roll? Do you agree that their "naive" experiments with "social tolerance, free drugs, free love" have created a "cesspool of corruption, crime... and anarchy"? What about y'all who live there?

Wow. You know, I normally stay away from Fox News...I can't believe the sort of outright ignorance and ridiculousness they were spouting there. I couldn't help but laugh. "Ignorant ideas about teaching kids about safe sex" my ass.

No they aren't. O'Reilly is deliberately putting him in horrible light and making him look like a child abuser (and really not succeeding). He barely lets the guy talk. But what this person did have to say was excellent, accurate, and full of substance ( ).
