And I've heard both, and I'm from Spain. It really depends on the speaker. Some choose to say 'Mi nombre es' and others choose to say 'Me llamo'.

Is Como te llamas or (I don't know how to say the other version in question form so this is more of a guess) Como te numbre more popular as a question?

Also how do you say I like to ride dirt bikes and mountain bikes in Spanish? I know I like to is Me gusta and montar is to ride.....

I read the subject and thought da-tah,
but then I read the OP and thought 'both are right' and I concluded that I used to use day-tah more than I do now, but I always say da-tum for the singular so the plural should naturally have the same sound.

Data is singular I think. You can't have more than one data.

You can have lots of data. Technically, it's a Latin neuter plural. But as someone said, it's both.

Usually, it's "Como se llama", since "te" is used for people you're familiar with, and I assume that you'd know their name.
