The government has a duty to protect America from all threats both foreign and domestic i.e people coming through the Canadian and Mexican border. So yes, it does fall under government juristriction. And I might add that most illegals are caught by the FBI, Federal Bureau of Investigation, federal being the keyword there, and the Border Patrol, also a federal outfit.
So the government IS the one catching them.
The state of New Jersey has deemed them not a threat if they want to go to school. There is no reason to force New Jersey into action here. New Jersey has the right of inaction in regard to federal laws.






Instead of just wanting to deport 'em all, which is how I feel after just a few minutes listening to the pro-illegal-immigrant crowd.
