You know of any weapons or anything that'll help me out? I'd really like to kill the mother deathclaw at the quarry but I need something to kill the 11+ deathclaws that guard her.

Me and Boone did it, me with that unique desert campaign sniper rifle and him with his regular gun. Took a while of luring and shooting, but it got the job done.

I think I used Mercy heavily around the quarry. Trouble is to get it you have to go through other deathclaws.

You really can't call people who use glitches cheaters. Now if they actually hacked the game then yes you could.

Exploiting a glitch is still cheating. It's the same as finding a loophole in football rules that means you can use an automatic weapon. Is it against the rules? No. Does it violate the spirit of the game? Yes.

Then it isn't cheating.

Not technically, but it really isn't fair play. Again, automatic weapon in football. Even if there's nothing in the rules that says you can't violently murder the other team on the pitch, it's definitely cheating to violently murder the opposing team.

I couldn't sleep when I tried taking a nap today so I wound up hooking up my 360 and playing Left 4 Dead single player. Am I the only person who purposely shoots witches? :p

if i remember correctly a point blank shot to the head with a shotgun should be enough to take em down but don't call me out on that, i just remember that fact.
i actually liked the witches mechanic in that game, it's the bloody sound effects that pissed me off, i don't want to relax to a game by hearing some screeching in the middle of nowhere. i get that all the time in real life as it is.

If you're looking to relax I'm pretty sure L4D/L4D2 is a bad game choice :P

who remembers red faction guerilla?

Ive heard the new one (Armageddon) is utter crap, but man I can tell you 'guerilla' was awesome!
Vorradia. A place where freedom is a fading memory. At the heart of the sprawling, embattled province lies Imperial City. Or as the city is really called by the poor souls who inhabit it: Forsaken Hope. Here they suffer under a fanatically religious totalitarian regime. Outside the city walls lies a frozen and inhospitable wasteland. The people here live free from government control, but at a terrible price. They live in small nomadic communities, struggling to survive in the harsh climate.

I own a PS One (I don't play on it, however), a PS2 (reserved for rare occasions to play Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, all my other games have been sold) and an Xbox 360 (With only 4GB of memory it's reserved mainly for playing Mass Effect; one, two and three when it comes out, and Halo 3). I also play Hasbro's 'Axis and Allies' on PC (my motherboard graphics card can support games with low to moderate graphics such as 'Soldier Front' and 'Perfect World', I play both infrequently).

I've been on a EU3 binge lately. It's a paradox game so it's obvious complex and tedious, but it's not stressful or jitter-inducing like action games. It's good to me.

idk i've played that a bit too, after the initial 10 hours of understanding the game mechanics and following like 20 hours of finding out the hidden ones i wasn't too taken with it. Burgundian Louisiania shouldn't be in Canada it's just wrong. :p

I'm a vet of Paradox games - I bought the original EU shortly after release, and played EU2 for hundreds of hours, so I didn't have too big of a learning curve. I still prefer EU2 to EU3, but I gotta keep up with the times, you know?

Minecraft is really great for just chill-axing. Until you get the irresistible urge to build a 300 ft long zeppelin, a stealth bomber, ICBMs all of which work designed to work in movecraft and actually work. (Well except the Zeppelin that just crashes the server due to its sheer size)
