All this talk of killing Ulfric Is saddening to me.

<_< Honestly i have ran into all of four stormcloak supporters in the Forums here.

And that is including me.

I support the stormcloaks the first time, then at the end i said to myself, that beside his badass voice actor, awesome appearance and clothing, he is a racist dick, and a puppet.

So i side with someone at random, Even though in my opinion he is far better as a leader than Tulius. Who also has an awesome voice actor.

I prefer Christopher Plumber the Greybeard. Much more awesome, and unlike a lot of people in skyrim, isn't an asshole. Now if only I could join the Blades without killing Paar. I like the dragon. I don't give a shit if people got oppressed by him. HE HELPED ME SAVE THE FUCKING WORLD.

Those who come that aren't Man? Well they should be aware of what they are stepping into anyway.

Besides WinterHold isn't exactly prime real estate it's the first city of Skyrim, and its seen during the course of hostilities and and you can't exactly go around thatching houses up during a war.

You sort of have other concerns.

But Yeah to me the Ulfric being a puppet line is complete BS and is just fan speculation given the fact the actual situation presented when he was captured strongly disagree's with the position he was ever a thalmor agent, You know the fact he was captured in Battle, Tortured and then tossed into prision before being let to escape.

What also sucks is when you become leader of the Thieves Guild....and no one cares. Hell, I went to go talk once about the Stones of Barenziah and you know what quest marker popped up?

At least I could still use the "I'm a member of the Guild" excuse with the guards.

Not to mention the guards hate me for using the Thu'um but they won't do anything about it.

Yeah, I haven't heard the arrow in the knee joke in a while, both in-game and on the Internet....thankfully. I got so sick of it.

I have a few problems where I have quests I finished still up on my freaking quest feed...

Here's a good picture to describe the fantastic Skyrim interactions Especially when you are leader of the Companions.

My gay Khajiit also joined the Imperials, because he don't like racists. But the final battle for Windhelm was so unbelievably underwhelming...

You give me all this buildup towards the final battle with Ulfric...and what do I get? Ten to twenty Stormcloaks appearing out of nowhere while my own men stand in the way of my arrows, which eventually leads to unfortunate accidents that leave me with forty Stormcloaks and Imperials chasing after my fur...

...and when I finally reach Ulfric, I kill him in less than 30 seconds?

My Khajiit might need to be gay because I can't find any female Khajiits to marry...

I still need to finish the Imperial's thing. It seems to of bugged, though....While my game seems to be working fine, I seem to be having a lot of quest bugs. There's fixes I can try and do, though, like I did with Farkus freaking following me everywhere and being a royal pain in the ass.

When a quest bugs on you...ugh...

It happened to me with the Forsworn Conspiracy...quest broke itself right in the middle of it during my first playthrough.

Not only do I not recall Ulfric saying that Man > Mer or anything of the sort, but this makes me think you're just like the Thalmor you'd be fighting against.

Overall, though, it'd be a lot easier to judge either faction if they had actual depth. I mean, we can say all we want about Stormcloak motives and Imperials holding onto their empire in an attempt to rebuild long enough to fight off the Thalmor and all, but the game gives us nothing to work with here.

Uh the Ultimate War with be with the High Elves of the Thalmor Ulfric Said as much.

Something to the effect.

"It will be the Nords that led Humanity in it's final struggle against the Elves and decide the Measure of time."

But Yeah it would have been nice if the game had more depth then the speculation fans put into it.

But its a bethesada game most of them are like that.

One reason I love PC. There are mods that let you be blades without killing Par.

My brother has the pc version, i saw him using several weapons and house shields from the series, pretty awesome looking. Especially running around as a Nord with the Stark Dire Wolf on your shield.

My favorite is the fact I'm the Arch Mage and have barely used any magic beyond Restoration...

My brother has the pc version, i saw him using several weapons and house shields from the series, pretty awesome looking. Especially running around as a Nord with the Stark Dire Wolf on your shield.

Starks are my favourite as well, there is a mod for CK2, but i think it is still in an "Alpha" phase, though im not too sure.

Originally Yes; Just like the Redguards were originally somewhere besides Hammerfell.

But Humanity has settled Skyrim since before recorded History; After all Ysgramor is credited with being the first Human Historian.

His war with the Snow elves being the first documented series of events by Humanity.

So yes after several, several, several thousands of Years i consider it Nord Land

I actually thought Ulfric's voice acting didn't sound that great. However, Tulius does have an awesome voice actor/actor, though I don't remember how well he did in Skyrim.

Sean Bean is still the best in my opinion, though. I thought he did good as Martin Septim (from what I remember), and I consider him to be a fantastic actor. I dunno why, I just feel he is very good. He was fantastic in Game of Thrones.

I think that bitch-slapping reality and warping it to your voice counts as well. There's few spells that can rival the power of shouts.

Thing is, though, that not all Elves are in cahoots with the Thalmor.

And who can forget the elves who would join up with the Stormcloaks? I've seen Dunmer farmers tell my Dunmer before she killed them how they felt Skyrim was their home and worthy to be fought for.

Their race wasn't turned into slave labor. It was DEVOLVED. Great Fridge Horror really. Non-sentient animals have white souls. Sentient races have black soles. Falmer have WHITE SOULS. The Dwemer so utterly warped them that they literally devolved into ANIMALS.

Mind you, these guys were also Mer, CHILDREN OF THE AEDRA. And they got turned into ANIMALS.

In Dawnguard the last snow elf says that their may be hope for their recovery and they've shown new signs of regaining some of the intelligence the dwemer stole from them.

Westeros Total War is in Alpha as well IIRC. There's also a sub-mod that's set around the time of Daenarys Targaryen as well, the Blood and Fire submod. At the very least, it features the return of the Targaryens.

There's also a submod set in the time of the Blackfyre Rebellion, and one long before Aegon the Conqueror had even arrived in Westeros.
