Well admittedly, yes. Those are along the lines I've been thinking in arguing against this. I believe it's promoting sex to give them condoms and surely they'll do it more with the school's blessing.

That being said, yeah, they should be distributed to those who want them. At schools, at pharmacies, et cetera et cetera. They will have sex regardless, and teenagers are rarely responsible enough to be parents. Especially when they don't want kids in the first place.

They already do it tons when everyone tells them not to. Any increase in promiscuity at this point would be more than offset by the decrease in pregnancy and STDs. Do I think teens should have sex? Not if they aren't in a serious relationship with their partner. Do I think teens will have sex regardless of my opinions? Hell yes, they are teens. Therefore, instead of wasting my energy on a lost cause, I do what I can to make sure they are as safe as feasible.

Honestly the whole point of it would that you would fail if you fail tomeet the safety requirement. The point of the course is to teach safe sex, not teach people how to be professional concubines.

Oops, I read that as split off into two groups, i.e. all the heterosexuals on one side of the room being graded by a pair of heterosexual instructors, all the homosexuals on the other side of the room being graded likewise, respectively.
