That sounds like a really impractical infrastructure design, particularly given how conductive gold is. I mean, one spark out of a car engine and you've just electrocuted everyone in the crosswalks! I prefer normal asphalt and such; it's much better about not killing you horribly. Heaven's civil engineers are clearly not very good at their jobs.

Sadly no, even today i read in slovak newspaper how Lithuania is being hammered by the EU for laws (which have popular support) which forbid public behaviour which propagates homosexuality.
