Well, so there are a couple of ways of interpreting "I choose like women" and none of them involves being strictly straight.

I mean, let's put it this way. When I was about 6 I developed my first crushes: one on the boy who lived behind me and the other on the girl next door. I didn't think about having sex with them, but I didn't know about sex at the time. I just know that I "liked" them in a way that was different from other people I knew. I didn't choose to be attracted to both genders, I was just like that.

Actually, I went to Plymouth Pride in 09 and Exeter Pride last year, and I had fun - it's good a good place to meet people certainly. But I'm just too straight-laced to really get into it, and especially ones in larger cities. It's a gay thing, I was equally out of my depth at Notting Hill. I don't do crowds, I suppose
