Oh! I forgot something earlier: clothes and/or sheets fresh from the dryer.

Nothing beats putting on a nice pair of warm pants in the winter.

British snow is best. Doesn't fall too much, disrupts the traffic so you get some peace and quiet and provides those of us with nothing to do lots of laughs as we watch people fall over.
