1- I never said intelligent design. I said by design, which is the only explanation for a cell that is unable to have its course and function altered.

2- What I mean by evolution being based on creationism is, this theory was originally started to explain how God created the world not disprove the involvement of a deity. Even Darwin stated it, and his early work in the field reflected that. It wasn't until recently that atheists decided to use evolution as their banner.

3- Nuclear physics does not claim there was nothing in the beginning. In fact it still holds the claim that there was nothing, and in that nothing gasses collided. However, they have no explanation for anything prior to when the gasses collided. So, that area tends to be a bit hazy, being hush hush and all.

Yes, I can't fully explain it myself without going over my textbook either. Fair enough, but neither does this prove god exists.

4- I never said he spoke for all scientists. Nor did I say all scientists believe in God. I said scientists believe in God, and this may hurt your delicate vision of scientists, but alot of them do.

5- Why didn't you have a problem with the 5 year old dead pope quote? He doesn't speak for all Christians and was a half a breath away from senile when he proclaimed that.

Because I'm tired and I didn't feel the need to disagree that the pope acknowledges it as a fact. After all, what you get out of that quote was just that, not something akin to "Christians believe in evolution".
