I know the poll is simplified since there are many many unique ethnic groups to the broad terms I've used, and there is debate about the legitimacy of ethnic classification.

haha. I was reading something a while ago, some obscure UK government report that implies British women prefer black men, if they choose a non-white man, while British men prefer an Indian woman, if they choose a non-white woman. Seems the shoe is on the other foot!

To be fair, when I was younger I didn't find women who weren't my own (Caucasian) ethnicity to be interesting, and tended to dismiss non-blondes, however the older I get the more varied my tastes. Now I'm the opposite, want them all... ALL!

Well I tend to agree, but I imagine most people have in their mind an idea of an ideal or preferable number of traits that add up to a preference over one thing or another in terms of ethnicity.

I imagine there must be some smokin' ones from that side of things. But given the US dominance of the global film and porn industries, ethnic minority women are rather disproportionately under-represented from smaller groups and less developed countries... doesn't help that India and the PRC ban pornography.

What I'm saying is I don't have a preference. I have dated men of various ethnicities. They've all looked drastically different from each other. I don't have an 'ideal' image of what I like.

I live around a lot of mixed race people...I can assure you that's not true, but I am one person that does hold true to that stereotype.

I like European looking men mainly even though I mixed race, maybe some sort of reverse Oedipus complex?
