I'd say Norway has a good economy, they have good income equality - good welfare system. I personally like a mixed economy, with some socialist leanings. Basically centre-left.

And besides, i am fairly sure that the people who want a car already have one, and there plenty of more for the people who yet do not, so even if we halted the production of cars completely, the cars we already have wouldn't go anywhere.

Cars get old, and need replacing. If we halted the production of cars completely, used car prices would be far higher, causing problems for those that need a car, and are not as well of financially.

My point is that Walmart is large enough that it can influence the price, and quality of the goods it sells. It is of a size that if it fell thousands of people would be unemployed. It's anti-competition, when a business gets to be that size, it needs to fear anti-trust suits, and occasionally have one brought against it and have itself broken up. When something gets to be that size, it is anti-Capitalist, anti-free trade, which is why one needs a properly run mixed economy to keep them from getting to be that size.

You want someone who is not invited to my sisters house, to travel by bus or train with a bunch of bags and then go home? What is your issue with cars? Cars continue to be produced because people continue to buy them. If you stop production, there will be problems within months.
