Girls can accuse practically anybody of rape at that point, claiming they passed out.

"I don't want to do this anymore" is a good reason.

If consent is withdrawn right at the end, then it was obviously some sort of "rape trap".

If consent is withdrawn at any point (including right at the end), you stop fucking.

The innocent guys whose lives are destroyed over false rape accusations arguably have it just as bad as women who legitimately have been raped.

Yes, defendants in rape cases should be anonymous until proven guilty.

You can do it as a man as well. No one has a right to force someone else to have sex. But then you don't care about that, you're just looking for excuses as to why you should be able to rape someone and feel ok with it.

It's only rape if the guy carries on after she withdraws her consent. If he carries on in that last 5 seconds, he's a rapist and I don't see the problem. If he stops, he's not charged.

I for one believe that the current definition for "rape" is very loose and many things that I believe do not constitute "rape" are!

Like if a woman is just trying to "get back" at a guy and uses rape as an excuse, it happens more often than you think it would! I have a close friend who had a girl try and use that on him, though the courts didn't find enough evidence (he was even wearing a condom) to persecute him.
Stautory rape for instance, is when a 19 year old has sex with his 17 year old girlfriend! Consentual and everything.
Or if the woman is drunk and you are not it's rape... I mean it's just silly things like this who get decent, consenting adults in jail.
One time I had this girl that I was very much in love with, but she was in a relationship with a guy thousands of miles away. She, like me had been raped when she was young, but unlike me found the Idea kinda hot. She asked me to "rape her" while we were away from the group of friends, but I'm pretty sure she just wanted to send me to jail and collect a huge sum of my hard earned money.... I of course said "no", but that decision still haunts me to this day...

For forceful, hateful rape crimes though, just 5 years in a max security penitentiary with murderers and Gangsters is essentially a death sentence, especially if you raped a child

The punishment for child rape should be injection with aids, microwave radiation, doses of arsenic and daily ass raping.

Rape is illegal and infringes on the rights that society (and therefore the law) has granted people. Whores are people, therefore raping a whore is bad.
