Presumably they gave consent before they passed out. Woman use rape as a weapon and attention seeking tool, so you have to narrow what can be considered rape considerably. Changing your mind in the middle randomly right ebfore it is over, or passing out is just wrong.

As someone who's been in the position of having sex with someone who's passed out in the middle, I have to say that's just wrong on so many levels. And please, spare me the "but ur a girl, it's easier for you to stop," because A. that's nonsense and B. her husband made the same choice I did. Yes, we were still horny, but I stopped not only because it wasn't any fun with her passed out, but because it felt like a violation to continue. We talked about it the next day and she thanked me for my actions.

It's people like them (and, let's not kid ourselves, their opinions are widespread) that make me deeply distrustful and wary of any straight man I meet until I can know for sure he doesn't think the same way. Rape should have at least five years with all serious rapist being under watch for life.

Also, pyschological exams for all rapists as serial rapists often progress to the next stage which is serial killing.

There should be some from of counselling especially for those who were abused as a child as they are only acting out what occurred to them.

Tighter social services needed as well to stop it in the home and escalating to line two and three.

But rapists should be put behind bars for at least five years and ordered to pay some form of compensation to a charity specialised in this and/or the victim. Minimum being 2000 of the currency.
