NS Jolt Forums are gone.

I can't really guess where to put it so I'll just put it here.

I'm sad to say that Jolt has apparently deleted the Nationstates board from the archives.

Nada, zilch and the only thing on Archive is Nationstates2.

As awful as Jolt turned out to be, I had a lot of good times and behaved very oddly there. It will be missed.

So much history is now lost to the recycling bin. So many quality roleplays (on/offsite) now have vanished. Though I thought those forums were gone sometime in the summer.

I spent my first two Nationstates years at Jolt. Fairly large deal to me.

Meh, I was one of the last stragglers to leave Jolt. So much so when I started posting here I was accused of being a puppet.

This is why some of us took the time to literally copy down and save all the threads we cared to, and even posted up the best ways to do it. I'm surprised they left them up as long as they did. What hurts me more is the pre-Jolt purges that robbed me of some quality threads, as we hadn't been given the heads up on it. Unlike later moves.

Wow, I may not have been around during the Jolt age, but I've gotta say, it sucks that the old Jolt NS forums are gone, considering that so much of all the role-playing on there and such that have gone on in the past are gone, testimonies to the times where NS was not plagued by pathetic n00bs like it is now.
