Not necessarily because it's reputation is damaged, but because beliefs like the ones she holds could confuse young girls just coming into their own. Listing the people you've had sex with and rating them is not liberating, it is degrading to both you and them. Sexual liberation means comfort with your sexuality, not broadcasting it to anyone who will listen at the expense of your partners.
