What do you think caused the Nazi genocide?

I don't really know since there are so many theories out there.

EDIT: I worded that badly, what are the origins of the Nazi Genocide

Assuming that this is a serious question into the ideological and cultural roots of Nazi genocide, then I would recommend that you read Sven Lindqvist's classic book-length essay "Exterminate All the Brutes": One Man's Odyssey into the Heart of Darkness and the Origins of European Genocide.

In it, Lindqvist argues that the Nazi genocide was firmly rooted in existing 19th and early 20th-century European concepts of ethno-racial superiority and colonial expansion, as previously applied to other 'inferior' peoples on other continents, but particularly in Africa. What made the Nazis unique was applying these concepts to fellow Europeans, and using the latest mass-industrial technologies to do so.

All the Nazis did was industrialize what all of Europe had been doing ever since Judaism came around.

Yeah.
I would add the lowered empathy of the WW1 survivors. I suspect that one doesn't come home psychologically intact after years in a trench, seeing his mates mowed down by shrapnel, MGs and poison gasses. Basically, violence breeds more violence.

Or maybe they find it just as reprehensible as what has been going on before and feel that the Holocaust diverts necessary attention?

Though to be honest, "only industrialized" is a bit weak to describe the Holocaust.

The foreign jews provoked them. In 1933 jews all over the world (mostly zionists) declared war on Germany , in 1933, before Hitler could do anything to the jews. The war against germans was rather an economic war, jewish companies stopped exporting stuff into Germany.
