This thread seems to be people going around in circles and getting no where. so I would like to try something different.

Im an anarchist that believe in complete liberty and freedom and the idea of nations and borders to be abolished as we are all ONE speices inhabiting ONE planet together.

I also believe in treating others how I would like to be treated so basically I dont impose my will on another because I dont want them to impose their will on me. SO I ask is it possable for me to co-exist with a fascist and hypothetically if I was a citizen in your country what would become of me?

What would happen to this internet forum? would it be shut down?
Would I even be allowed internet access?
Would I be permitted to emmigrate and flee the country if I wanted
Would I be permitted to speak to foriegners?
Would I be spied on by some security apparatus?
would I have the freedom demonstrate for social issues such as free elections, free media and equality and social justice
Could I paint and write what ever I liked and display artistic work in public or would I be censored and cultural life styfiled by state oversight
Would the justice system be lacking any human compassion and empathy with harsh penalties and the death penalty etc

Basically what would life be like for me living in a nation run on YOUR ideals?

Ok something I can answer and respond to then. What would happen to you? Nothing you live your life and do not cause any trouble then I wouldn't see why you should be bothered. I typically have a fairly positive view of Modern Anarchists because they just want to be left alone they don't typically seek to overthrow the order or State. So basically nothing would change in regards to you. I have no problem cohabiting with people with differing views nor do I see why they couldn't reside within the State as long as they obey the law.

I see no reason to censor the internet or to shut down websites like this. I would shut down sites that encouraged ethnic or political violence though. Ideas shouldn't be smashed but violent behavior and conspiracies should be. I would support monitoring the internet but outright censorship? No it doesn't really work in this Modern Era and it seems counter-productive.

Would you be able to leave the country? Absolutely in fact I favor the idea of even funding people to leave with a small stipend if they want and arranging with other Foreign Offices to take you in and make sure you have a smooth transition. I understand not everyone would want to live in a Fascist State and thus figure you should allow them to leave and even help them out. Better to let them leave with at least a somewhat good relation then force them out bitter and angry.

Speak to foreigners? Depends on the person I guess. Political Radicals who demand the overthrow of the State? No. Terrorists? No. Hans from Germany or Manos from Greece? Sure. Good relations with other nations is important to the State I see little to gain from keeping people from interacting with others. Basically No Harm, No Foul is my approach.

Spied on? You would probably be monitored until a threat assessment could be made. Then likely you wouldn't be bothered again unless something changed.

Demonstrate? Sure you can't really stop that anyways. If it remains peaceful it will be allowed but once it steps out of bounds it will be crushed without mercy and anyone involved will no longer be allowed to.

The Arts should be encouraged and in an Era where the arts are dwindling I find censorship to be unnecessary. We should be encouraging people to paint and write symphonies not discouraging creativity. The idea of Fascism is to create the New Man the Fascist who accepts life and lives it to the fullest.

The Justice System will maintain the Death Penalty under a Fascist State and will become more flexible in order to combat Organized Crime, Corruption and Street Violence/Gangs. A strong Judiciary is necessary in order to make sure the Fascist State can be kept in check and corruption can be purged.
