Lol, no. Getting better though. I used to be the guy standing on the wall of a pub, club or house party and kill his anxiety with alcohol until he can't speak anymore and crawls home. These days I get the occasional phone number, and even the odd pick-up.

I rather doubt that makes me a more successful man though. Happier, yes, because one does derive confidence from it (regardless of how wrong it may seem to some). It also makes it more likely that you're going to be able to meet someone more serious, and take the relevant steps to build a meaningful relationship.

But as of yet, that hasn't really happened. Too caught up with ghosts of my past at the moment. The killing of which is another thing made easier by a bit of "ladies' man" confidence. However, add a further theory of mine: you're not going to meet someone for a serious relationship in a meat market.
