Spanish. Though I'm trying to learn others. I can decipher French text but speakers I'm not used to. Japanese, I'm really rusty but I learned the basics.

Well other than English,I can speak/write/read French fluently.
I can also speak Arabic (or a dialect of it) fluently.But although good,I'm not exactly great at reading and writing.

Well, the NationStates Game uses very advanced English. It's quite surprising, that it's English only, since there are so many users from all over the world. I just wrote a constitution for my country and I'm trying to translate it into English and maybe other languages to make it available to more people in RP.

Can speak, but not read, Canto and Mando. Did a few years of Spanish, even though I still absolutely suck at it.

Apart from English:

Romanian - native
French - only reading newspapers and the odd book (plus asking for wine)
German - only touristy conversation ("gimme food bite!")
Spanish - quite comfortable conversation if given enough time (quite similar to my native language)
Italian - same as Spanish, but whenever I try to speak it, I end up speaking Spanish instead for some strange reason. Though I find reading it easier than Spanish.
