Yeah even coming from York then Kingston, the difference was there. Too grey and horrible for my liking.
Are we talking Cockney-skinheads or City bankers? I am far more likely to run into the latter, but to be honest I don't pay any attention to either.

The latter, and it's the lack of attention that does it. Not even in a "why isn't it like a village :(" kind of way, just in a "this is making me rather paranoid about the mental state of everyone" kind of way.

Not familiar with Kingston, but in London I live in Bloomsbury, so I'm guessing I have an opposite bias.

It's probably just the sort of ubiquitous anonymity factor, and the rush (everyone is "very very busy"). Okay, other capital cities tend to be a lot more chilled out and easy going, but ironically London is far better kept than those are, despite the apparent lack of consideration.

What do you mean random? It's an Aston Martin V8 Vantage. An iconic British brand, and a pretty cool sports car. Also, incidentally, probably cheaper than the second, if we take in consideration the extra "customising". Not to mention, faster, better balanced, and infinitely more comfortable.

Yeah. Anyway, I don't like the suped out Muscle cars, I think they look gawdy. But I really like Mustangs and Camaros. Regardless I the Aston Martin just as much, though I'd say that costs more than a Mustang or Camaro.

New York City by far.

In New York, while I'd have to spend a hunk of money on assorted fees and such, not to mention grease a few dozen palms (and other assorted bodily areas), I'd be able to own a License to Carry a Concealed Firearm. SO the next time I'm having a little stroll around the Wall Street district and some Obama supporter wants me to share the wealth, I can point my Smith & Wesson at him/her and tell them be gone.

London not only is in a country where defending themselves from burglars is unlawful, the price of living is much worse than New York City. Don't even ask about pistol licenses; handguns are illegal. Hence so many crimes are committed with pistols.
Capitalism is just Darwinism with money.
