An opinion is a lot like a question, you can't have a "wrong" one.
Opinions can be destructive, stupid, and/or incoherent, but saying a persons' opinion is "wrong" would require you to prove it. Thats something you haven't done yet.

If you watch the news, you've watched the islamophobes. Practically all channels have had them on. I'm just going out on a limb and presuming he watches the news, listens to the radio, or reads the newspaper.

I actually was not saying he was wrong, but either way...nice job with the whole jumping to conclusions things. Thats kinda like Buffet and Colbert jumped to a conclusion or an assumption when he assumed that this guy listened to "islamophobic" media and that had something to do with what he done. Considering that neither of us know whether he watched them or not, neither of us are wrong in that part. However, I can point to some statistics that lead you to believe that media has pretty much nothing to do with violent behavior...that is if you want to read it.
http://www.mediaed.org/Handouts/ChildrenMedia.pdf
Bullet number one states that media violence has increased, while at the same time bullet number five states that crime rates across america have fallen proportionate to a rise in media violence.
I also included the study of video game violence and it also has increased while violent crimes decreased. His "ASSUMPTION" holds no weight.
So, instead of jumping on the bandwagon...bring me some statistics or something to show what you are trying to argue. Also, while Buffet and Colbert does not really have a case in this debate; he is a very formidable debater and he can fend for himself.

One letter makes a difference. I mean, if my name were Buffet and Colbert, one might think I'm French. Can't have that...Ashas Favor wrote:2. Still does not lead to him attacking a Muslim lol
It contributes to it. (And could you quit with the condescending "lol" at the end of your sentences? It's a little annoying.)

I still see no way that it could contribute to it.
