Why send question to tribunal where 10 judges (75%) are from countries that strongly suppot indenpendence of terrorist state and their etnicly cleansed now completely muslim territories.
Most UN. members dont recognise it- rightfully!!!
I mean americans had their judges there (whom their politicians selected), dont recognise that tribunal anyways (did any nato soldier get a day in court there?), and said early on whatever the decision is -they would not recognise it ! Then the court used a trick saying any group here there anywhere can declare indenpendence and have a right to do it,but that does not make statehood legal. They said un resolution 12.44 is still on ,while nato and satelites have squashed it to death, without new resolution...Sooo get it into your scull we will NEVER GIVE UP SOUTH SERBIA, occupation wont win!
Youre a bad provocator ,and just pretending to be Serbian ,although you might be FROM south of SERBIA

Albaniams infiltrated Kosovo, sacred home;and of the Serbs (most still prefer to be buried there), murdered their neighbors (throat slitting was the preference), and then cried foul when the remainder of those neighbors tried to protect themselves.

Croatia and their old Nazi chums the Germans were eager to intercede.

Russia was in a weakened condition at the time.

Where is your memory for the sacrifices of the Partisans in WWII, USA?

This is a phony put-up war and the UN are chumps.

Bull. One (Serbian) hospital claimed that there was an increase in malignant diseases after the war. Two separate reports by the WHO and UNEP find these claims to be inconclusive and called for further study. The fact is, you could hold solid DU against your skin for a week and suffer no ill side-effects. So unless Serbians like to crawl around naked in battle zones, they shouldn't be at risk.

The Military Toxics Project and Dr Hari Sharma, of the University of Waterloo, Ontario, have published the results of a study into the use of DU munitions in the Gulf.
They say the result is likely to be an increase of between 20,000 and 100,000 fatal cancers in veterans and Iraqi citizens.

I am simply trying to provide some- fairness and balance?
How did "liberal" Clinton ever accede to this aggression anyway? Oh yes, he wanted to make the UN happy and maybe get a Nobel Peace prize.
