Do You Talk To Yourself?

After I read a book with a character who narrates everything, I for some reason narrate everything that happens to me. I then narrate the narration which essentially turns into a conversation.

Also when I do something amazingly awesome I'll say aloud "Man you are awesome.", yes I'm a cocky bastard, but I don't get the approval from my parents, and my grandparents are in Ireland, so it's the next best thing.

hahaha yes, but i usually avoid doing so around people as it can get confusing for them if you're talking to them or yourself.

it's just like using the gossiping method of clearing through thoughts but single-handed if you get my meaning.

not as effective as actually chatting to someone but it helps anyways.
I did it alot as a kid after i got speech therapy. I do so less now but, it's natural.

What i don't like is people whispering to themselves, i lived with one guy who had a habit of doing this everywhere he went and it was quite annoying but he had good reasons for doing so i guess.

I think to myself, in the sense of fashioning out ideas, possibilities, etc? And occasionally as I'm working through a problem, I'll talk aloud to keep myself on track, not sure if that counts either?

I talk to myself frequently, but lately these new voices have been speaking up. I don't know where they came from, but they're good company. They just say some weird things now and then. Except I don't understand a word they say. I think they're speaking in Spanish.

I do, yes, quite often, probably comes from being an only child. I use it to work around problems, debate finer points of philosophy when I don't feel up to NSG calibre debate.

I bounce ideas off my self, but not really talking to voices and stuff.

Usually my "talking to myself" is sort of like your talking to yourself.
