I associate women with civilization because they are human but women cannot be a complete human or civilization without men. I therefore conclude that women needs men, if they act as human, there will be a civilization!

In addition, my opinion is that women has something special that men don't normally have: beauty (emphasised for my personal observation that men are more of the cool and edgy side than beautiful).
