Cowardice comes in all flavors, and I don't think it's cowardly to follow orders inside a jet that takes years to qualify in. It's not brave to brainwash simple-minded poor folk into thinking they're going to get laid by virgins in heaven (that's a good thing?) by blowing up non-combatants on the bus. If we can have varying levels of murder in the justice system, there can be levels of most anything else, including cowardice.
So, following orders and flying a jet = cowardice 5.
Convincing someone with no life and no hope of advancement to do something that will give his family money but cost him his own life and kill innocent people = cowardice 1.
