I don't think you read the description which is actually quite neat, we aren't talking one massive corporation but rather a coalition of them running things on a council basis, with a board of directors elected by shareholders.

No coercive monopolies, like those created by the state.

I don't quite understand the criticism you made anyways, look out only for the leader? You can't do that, not easily, if you don't please you customers/citizens they won't buy from you and you'll be replaced, try to cut off other businesses, then they would just become another government and should be disposed of according to such ideology.
