anything with Will Ferrell in it. the guy just sets my teeth on edge. and he ain't even funny. John Wayne was a better comedian than him.

Intangelon wrote:Seems to me that a movie that is TRULY bad is one that is honestly trying not to be bad. That excludes dance films (yes, even Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo), any parody film after Airplane and Top Secret. That also excludes films by legendary schlock directors like Roger Corman, Ed Wood, Uwe Boll, Paul Verhoeven, and the like.

This is only my opinion, but it's an opinion-themed thread, so I'm going to go with films that were trying (often WAY too hard) to be legitimate, serious films and failed miserably or hilariously.

Dying Young, Sweet November, Author, Author, Force of Nature, Premonition, Battlefield Earth, Eyes Wide Shut, Dune, Field of Dreams...and lots more. Picking on Plan 9 From Outer Space is just mean. And obvious.

Anyway, Plan 9 is at least mildly amusing.

Uh, Or So I Heard. <.<

I haven't watched many really dumb movies, not on purpose anyway. Mostly because, well, why bother to watch a really dumb movie?
One of many Czardas puppets. I regarded this as my main account upon creating it and for several years thereafter, but these days, that's no longer important.
Death is patient, death is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Death does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
