Glenn Beck May Go Blind

I think it's truly sad that Glenn Beck may go blind, I honestly do. Though I loathe him and his fear mongering, I symphatize with anybody who has macular dystrophy, much less any illness.

However in this, I sense a cruel form of irony. Beck who always panders to the right, who ignites the paranoia and all that is ugly and wrong in this country, who tries and gets you to see the connections, will no longer be able too, so the speak. I sometimes wonder if he was already blind, blind to the truth, blind to reality.

Anyway, NSG, there is a point to this, otherwise I would post it on a blog. How should one feel right now? I won't lie, I hate this guy. At the same time, I feel bad for anyone who would lose sight, get sick, or whatever. What are your thoughts?

Well there is nothing wrong with liberalism -small government, free trade, and more civil liberties. Problem is people like Beck, Paul (both), Palin and all the other serious GOP contenders are just right-wing authoritarians, who don't want government intervention in the economy, but certainly (and hypocritically) wants the government to shove morality down everybody's throat. And that is my problem with the GOP and the so called conservative movement and the libertarianism it claims to represent. Because it doesn't.

Perhaps he will go blind, but shall still be able to see. See liberals and marxists threatening America. And his followers will begin to worship him with an even stronger religious zeal.

Until finally, after foiling a liberal plot to eliminate his show, he shall step down and wonder into the desert of some red state to die.
