running off at the keyboard on other forums. that and posting my "art" on places like biorust and vcl.
playing with railway based world simultaions (auran trainz), making perty pichers with autocad and blender. maybe even getting more done around the house (although i do manage to keep up with that just fine as it is)

i suppose i might even think about persuing a real life social life.
but then i can't imagine why i'd want to do that.
going for a lot more long walks by myself, maybe,
which living in as populated an area as i currently do,
isn't all that encouraging (to me) to doing so.

there ARE other places on the net. there's even something called "random thoughts"
on a site called "hip forums".

then there's all those lovely railfan sites i frequently visit and grab perdy pichers off of.

and pichers of places out in the woods, and odd looking buildings i like.

and all with as little as possibe, and that amazingly almost all of the time,
or either the color red, or automobiles, or indications of a world dominated
by 'car culture'.

oh yah, and occsionally using wordpad or note pad to imortalize
such ever of stray thoughts that pass through my little noggin.

oh and then there's some music making software i play with occasionally.

I believe there is one other married couple that met here, but I can't remember their names right off. I do know that Hans and Silver are no longer a couple, and I don't know if PM and Glitzy are interested in getting married.

Edit: Oh, and me and Roan just celebrated our fourth anniversary. w00t!

we're still together, gonna get married someday (if all goes well lol)... but not sure when. we're not rushing it

if I didn't find NSG my life would be totally different. I don't know if I'd have ever found the strength to come out (I done so first ON NSG.), and so I don't know if I'd have survived this long. that sounds melodramatic? I guess so, but I really didn't know anybody until NSG, I didn't have any friends at all. it was going on NSG and discovering the magical world of internet forums that really helped. I know for sure I'd never have discovered my latent artistic talent, and even more importantly, I wouldn't have met one of my partners which was the catalyst for me actually moving on with my life and trying to get through college and into uni.

You do realize those aren't actual news shows, right? You want news, try reading newspapers, or watching the actual news channels.

Funny thing about that....apparently, the Daily Show and the Colbert Report actually produce better-informed viewers than the actual news channels do.

If not for NS, I'd probably still mostly be putzing around on IRC and stuff in the various fandoms I'm active in like I am now. I'd probably be a lot less cynical and a hell of a lot less assertive as well; working NS moderation has gone a long way to reducing how much crap I'll take from people online or offline. It's been a good object lesson in "Being nice doesn't always cut it; sometimes you just have to be a complete bitch to settle some problems." Useful life skill, that.

If it hadn't been for NS, I wouldn't have discovered the True Religion: the Church of Firefury's Ass.
