People on welfare should have to pass a drug test every month to continue getting government support.

When people get donated sperm or eggs, they want to know who it came from. I don't think there is much of a demand for welfare recipients' sperm or eggs.

1 - An office should require merit, not just popularity.

7 - Prisons should be industrialized more so that they can manage a surplus. Not forcibly as factors such as more yard time and better food, as well as better terms and treatment can be enough to sway a sufficient population to proper work within prison cells.

8 - Taxation should be limited to 30% on individual jobs. It goes too high too early as some lower paying job yields a better financial net than some of the higher ones.

9 - There should be a minimum standard to living which can only be breached should it be the request of the individual in question.

10 - Democracy should not be viewed as the final evolution of civics.

Well, it would be adaptable of course if there was a multi-race or multiple parties included. The reason why it stands there is that it is fully possible to purchase factors that will aid in any election. That a side should have over triple the funds of his opponent in a race is unfair to put things mildly and also raises a huge risk in that person being a lobbyist in a politicians suit if elected.

Since something similar occurred during the last US presidential election and campaign advertisement I think it is a fair point to raise. There should be a pre-planned and equal amount for the candidates in question. Not very capitalistic I know, but fair I would say.

Kudos for mentioning meritocracy. I suspect the full term would be a hierarchical constitutional representative meritocracy. The hierarchy would make it so that one would have to have had certain posts before running for higher offices. The constitution would cover most of the moral/civil rights and the representative meritocracy would of course state that one needs to rise on merit and popularity depending on what offices we are talking about.
