Actually, these few women in masculine occupations are by and large insignificant compared to men. Moreover cognitive psychology has confirmed natural intellectual differences between the sexes. In reality, the majority of women take up the liberal arts and the social sciences, or join the fashion industry. You can confirm that yourself.

You may be less capable than the average man at math, but in that case you're also very likely less capable than the average woman at math too. And that's fine; not everyone is good at everything. But you personally being less capable at math does not mean that all, or even most, women share that trait.
