13. Why hasn't anyone collected the millions of dollars in rewards for proof of evolution?

What the hell is this even talking about? I am sure a mutlimillion dollar reward for proof of evolution would have made headlines. And that the people claiming to be the deserving recipients would likely number as such so as to split it into several much smaller sums.

I'll take a jab...

1. Which evolved first, male or female?

- Neither

2. How many millions of years elapsed between the first male and first female?

- See answer to question 1

3. List at least 9 of the false assumptions made with radioactive dating methods.

There are not nine, there is only one assumption made, and that is what the original content of the parent isotope was in the sample.

4. Why hasn't any extinct creature re-evolved after millions of years?

- Absurd question. There are cases of similar appearing non-related species evolving at different points (known as evolutionary convergence) But each species evolves from the unique environmental constraints upon the creature.

5. Which came first:
...the eye,
...the eyelid,
...the eyebrow,
...the eye sockets,
...the eye muscles,
...the eye lashes,
...the tear ducts,
...the brain's interpretation of light?

technically a combination of simple eyes (As found in lower-order mollusks) which are merely photosensitive organs (as opposed to actual eyes) neural receptors capable of interpreting the light.

6. How many millions of years between each in question 5?

Question shows ignorance of the actual answer to number 5.

7. If we all evolved from a common ancestor, why can't all the different species mate with one another and produce fertile offspring?

Because genetic code with enough divergence is no longer capable of producing viable offspring. In some cases with closer species this is merely infertile offspring, but at some point diverge is enough to no longer even be able to produce a self-sustainable genome.

8. List any of the millions of creatures in just five stages of its evolution showing the progression of a new organ of any kind. When you have done this, you can collect the millions of dollars in rewards offered for proof of evolution!

Moeretherium to Palecomasterdon to tretrabelodon to Eubelodon to Masterdon to Elephantidae

I'd collect my reward, but none of these mental midgets actually ever give one... Most of them end up in prison on tax evasion and fraud charges.

9. Why is it that the very things that would prove Evolution (transitional forms) are still missing?

There are plenty of "transitional forms"...

10. Explain why something as complex as human life could happen by chance, but something as simple as a coin must have a creator. (Show your math solution.)

Math?

11. Why aren't any fossils or coal or oil being formed today?

It's a long process, and we're dipping into the biomass which produces these (such as wetlands, swamps and peat-bogs). But if left alone with would produce coal and oil deposits in millions of years.

12. List 50 vestigial or useless organs or appendages in the human body.

Appendix, coccyx, all 4 3rd molars (aka Wisdom teeth), nonmovable ear muscles, darwin's tubercle, the plica semilunaris, occipitalis Minor, palmer grasp reflex, goosebumps... like the person needs 50... there are plenty more, throw in junk DNA and it can make it into the thousands.

13. Why hasn't anyone collected the millions of dollars in rewards for proof of evolution?

Because Creationists are fraudsters. The ones who offer the money don't actually have any, and end up in prison on fraud and tax-evasion charges.

14. If life began hundreds of millions of years ago, why is the earth still under populated?

"still under populated"? Who ever wrote this question apparently doesn't live on Earth. In a natural course life forms will only maintain in equilibrium. Over populations during points lead to die-outs once populations exceed the capacity of the environment to sustain them. Most animals exist in equilibrium with their natural environment except where that equilibrium has been disrupted by human engineering.

15. Why hasn't evolution duplicated all species on all continents?

Creatures evolve into ecological niches. As such you can have convergent forms (duplicates) but they will not be absolutely identical. A good example of this would be viewing how marsupials filled all the various ecological niches in Australia occupied by placentals in most of he rest of the continents. Look for example at the Thylacine, which evolved into the same niche as occupied by Wolves and of the great cats.
Such heroic nonsense!

1. Which evolved first, male or female?
Bacteria both give and donate genetic material. Since we evolved from them, I would say the transsexual. Then some bacteria would have developed that just gave genetic material instead of investing. So in short the male
2. How many millions of years elapsed between the first male and first female?
I will round down. ZERO. Things like insects can have a reproduction cycle of less than a week. We do not know exactly but if I were to give the closest estimation to (number) million years, it would have to be zero. Try something like a thousand
3. List at least nine of the false assumptions made with radioactive dating methods.
That the decay rate is incorrect. There is only one. The rest is simple mathematics.
Here is one for you. List at least 20 failed assumptions of the Catholic Church. Yes, science has made mistakes but it admits the error and continues to explore to gain a greater accuracy and understanding. Sometimes the theories change but I do not see that with radioactive dating methods.
4. Why hasn't any extinct creature re-evolved after millions of years?
Do you mean why the same create evolved twice over the millions of years hasn’t? Because extinct things do not breed and therefore cant, “re-evolve”. As for “re-evolution”, that is a constant thing. Genetics change in each specie each generation. We are evolving right now, just like the bat, the sloth and plants that you may have in your backyard and more.

However, as for species not being created twice it could well have to do with the changing environment. Different predators and different food in different temperatures with different competition require a different animal.
5. Which came first:
...the eye,
...the eyelid,
...the eyebrow,
...the eye sockets,
...the eye muscles,
...the eye lashes,
...the tear ducts,
...the brain's interpretation of light?
First, there were chemotropic bacteria that could gain energy from sunlight. As these chemoautotrophic bacteria can move, today it could have been the interpretation of light was developed first. But as bacteria don’t really have a brain and this is debatable I would say the eyelid as if the light is too intense the bacteria may turn off their receptors. If really comes down to chemical reactions regarding heat and neurons transferring energy. This would have combined with a lot of things. Molluscs are a start of a more modern eye. A lot of this depends on your exact definition of each. Most of them would have evolved together.

Evolution can admit it lack knowledge in areas. As for religion it appears to be , POP God Exists. Care to explain the creation of God that makes all unknown things magically happen?
6. How many millions of years between each in question 5?
As I said before it could easily be less than a million of years. So whilst some may have taken longer I than a million the very fast life cycles on insects would probably allow this to be done in less than a million years each time. Bacteria have even shorter life spans and whilst life came from the ocean, it is theorised that many of the early forms of life had a very short lifespan following on from their genetic orientations of bacteria.
7. If we all evolved from a common ancestor, why can't all the different species mate with one another and produce fertile offspring?
Because unlike you they have evolved. Their genetics are now far too complicated to reproduce with each other.
8. List any of the millions of creatures in just five stages of its evolution showing the progression of a new organ of any kind. When you have done this, you can collect the millions of dollars in rewards offered for proof of evolution!
That has already been done with countless species. You fool look at how the scientists keep on finding new stages of human evolution and gain a greater understanding from that. I would earn nothing because someone else has already done it.
9. Why is it that the very things that would prove Evolution (transitional forms) are still missing?
Some skeletons of these missing links have been found. There are also the genetic connections that prove links. For example, we have a link with chimps because we share 99% of their DNA.
10. Explain why something as complex as human life could happen by chance, but something as simple as a coin must have a creator. (Show your math solution.)
A mathematical solution to the creation of life? I guess me explaining that to you in maths is just as likely as you proving God exists with maths. However, as for an equation of the development of the universe it does exist. It is called the “Gods equation”. When you understand the meaning of all those symbols, get back to me. Until then it is your lack of mathematics that causes your inability to understand the physical creation of the universe and in turn the event of evolution on Earth.
11. Why aren't any fossils or coal or oil being formed today?
They are being developed. Coal is just plant material that has rotted below ground. The thing is it occurs slowly. As for fossils, they are being developed too. When things die and get buried underground for millennia they become fossils. We have just discovered that we can bring fossils back to life. If you want proof look in a mirror.
12. List 50 vestigial or useless organs or appendages in the human body.
With the idea of evolution it would not be worth developing a useless organ because that would require energy to be spent on something useless instead of reproduction which would allow more offspring to be born instead of having wasted energy on something useless.
Some things like an appendix are become less useful due to advances in human living style so in a millennia they may disappear as it is not worth the energy to produce it.
13. Why hasn't anyone collected the millions of dollars in rewards for proof of evolution?
Even if it exists, people like you will not hand it over. However, I can put the same offer up. I will give you millions of dollars if you can prove God exists. In addition, yes I would like this done in a mathematic equation.
14. If life began hundreds of millions of years ago, why is the earth still under populated?
Tell that to all the people starving to death in Africa or the population crashes that occur when species eat themselves out of house and home such as kangaroos in Australia. Perhaps with more technology, more humans could exist but we are not under populated. We just do not have the technological and genetically ability to have a large population at this
15. Why hasn't evolution duplicated all species on all continents?
Different temperatures and different terrains require different animals. Just as you would not wear shorts and a T-shirt in the North Pole, a polar bear will not live in a desert. If you doubt me, try going to the North Pole in shorts and a t-shirt or if that is too far away try travelling through a desert in full North Pole style gear.

It amuses me when those that do not actually understand evolution try to argue against it.

Niur, a biologist could explain this to you much better than I can, but sex chromosomes are what make evolution possible. Without birth and rebirth in a species, nothing would change (obviously). One sex couldn't have evolved without the other. Period. That is why we don't see "monosex" (I feel there is a word for that, but I can't remember what it is) species (unless they have some mechanism to fertilise their own eggs). The author also assumes that different parts of the body had to evolve one at a time, which is dumb.

Nope. Check how single cell life still reproduces to this day. It's via mitosis rather than meiosis and sexual reproduction.

Your making a broad assumption. Some single celled organisms do reproduce sexually, albeit in a much different manner than humans.

Okay. The vast majority of single celled organisms reproduce asexually. Point still stands, despite a minor issue. Given that mitosis was the only method of reproduction for much of life history, evolution is fully possible without birth and sex.

err. most single celled organisms do reproduce via mitosis but that doesn't suggest a lack of trading of genetic information. See plasmids for an example of this. In others they can be affected by the genetic information of their host cell (viruses) or are so simple that the rate of mutation is much higher(due to a lack of protection against it).

Did I say that it suggested a lack of trading genetic information? What I said was that evolution does not require sexual reproduction.
