I think America may be getting more in to soccer. There are plans for a huge soccer area to be built in Houston so they may petition for the world cup to be held in America for once.

Although currently it is all about the World Cup, foxsoccer.com is also a good source. The Fox Soccer Network (aka Fox Soccer Channel) carries a variety of football - foreign and domestic.

All these links have stores.

As a person who has FSC, I can tell you that they carry at least one MLS match a week, one WPS match a week, 4 EPL matches a week, 2-4 Serie A matches a week, and the occasional Argentina league game.

Not quite. FIFA is awarding both tournaments at the same meeting this December and the USA has submitted bids for both tournaments, of which they can only win one if they are awarded a tournament to host.

Unless there's another Superdome.

The Superdome is in New Orleans, right?

I'm hoping England 2018, Australia 2022, really.

Especially, as the U.S. Women’s National Team has won 2 World Cups and taken Gold at 3 of the 4 last Summer Olympics. (But, unfortunately, only a small minority here or worldwide care about women's football).

Our Men's Team took Third in the first World Cup in 1930!!

I only care about Womens soccer when it can get me laid. 8)

If all you care about is the score then why do you watch any sports?

Also, too many games end in draws. After 90 minutes plus of playing, there should either be a clear winner or some sort of overtime.

You will note that when it requires a winner to either progress through to the next stage or win a cup there is overtime.

Some of the best ever games I've watched have ended in draws after 90 minutes. Go watch the Liverpool vs AC Milan Champions League Final as one of the best matches of recent times.

Though technically that didn't end in a draw it went through to overtime then penalties.

I didn't support anyone before. Didn't really get into the game until 2002 when I played in a Fall League after the World Cup. The USA's run got me re-interested in the game after playing a few years as a kid, now it's my favorite sport, heh.
