Probably going to have to go with freedom of speech.

In before right to bear arms.
Venicilian: wow. Jesus hung around with everyone. boys, girls, rich, poor(mostly), sick, healthy, etc. in fact, i bet he even went up to gay people and tried to heal them so they would be straight.
The Parkus Empire: Being serious on NSG is like wearing a suit to a nude beach.
New Kereptica: Since power is changed energy over time, an increase in power would mean, in this case, an increase in energy. As energy is equivalent to mass and the density of the government is static, the volume of the government must increase.

Free Speech. I could say whatever I want to you mother... Oh yeah, I forgot it's still frowned upon.

In before right to bear arms.

EDIT: Guess I'm not.

When I named myself Saint John's county, it was a joke amongst me and my friend. We both live there. If you wish to be formal, address me as The Armed Republic of Saint John, or ARSJ.

Right to peacefully assemble. If it wasn't there, I'd doubt my Wiccan group would be able to assemble in the City's Park for our rituals.

:( Really? I thought they were like a couple of hundred bucks at most. This makes it much harder to maintain my haze of moral superiority.

Edit: also, Australia.

I can't help but feel that parts of the bill of rights are rather outdated -- they should still be there to remind us, but aren't really relevant to our daily life.

The one about soldiers being quartered in your home, for instance, (3rd amendment maybe?) -- I seriously doubt that has happened for a century and a half at least. The right to create a militia and bear arms (2nd) -- mostly irrelevant since the US hasn't been invaded by a foreign power for two centuries and is unlikely to be in the future. One or two more I don't remember.

A couple of hundred dollars is quite a sum for a muddle of metal and plastic. 600-1000 for a revolver isn't what I'd call cheap.

You could always buy a gun on the black market. I wouldn't advise it though.
