Did orange come before or after gray?

Lego must hate this. They are very much anti-war

Now I am gonna make up the most random aahh lore with Hitler minifig, Here's my list of deaths:
Car
Trash can
Tree
Random pedestrian (He found a laser gun and accidentally fired it)
Minecraft zombie horde
Ender dragon
My sister (She steps on him)
The door (It opens and sends him flying into the wall at 300 miles per hour)
Collapsing building (It misses him but then a 2x4 piece flies out at 200 MPH and hits him in the face)

What you guys think of my death list? Favorite one?

Yes more war sets! I would have loved to bomb 'Nam when i was little! /J

If you want War-Legos, you don't want Lego - not only because of Lego's mostly pacifist stance, but also because other companies have thrusted into that gap in the market. Bluebrixx, for instance, has a rather large military vehicle segment, including a Siege Tank. And to my knowledge, they are compatible with Legos.

They’re so anti war that one do their most popular product lines is entirely about war.

Indeed. It would be more accurate to say, that they are against realistic war toys.

Nothing modern or real. Fantasy war like LOTR, or star wars, they do

If you go to the lego MOC sites there is plenty of stuff. I saw a moc of the d-day landings, but they are not officially sanctioned by lego

That never helps. The only thing it knows to do is break.

Not quite. They've started including swords and halberds in the '80s with the castle set, and guns in the '90s.

Yes, the good old days when they had things like Knights and Pirates.

In the fantasy stuff sure. Lego Rivendell had lots of swords and axis. Lego barad-dur has Sauron. What i mean is we will never see a lego battle of Dien Bien Phu for example.

50 years from now we'll start seeing WWII, but in a sanitized version like how they handle knights and pirates.

I've ordered multiple Lego army figures. Wait until they start shooting my knight or my kid or my dog (all figures, obviously. My girlfriend would kill me if I shot her dog.)

Can't you just build a new one?

A new dog? Probably not. A new girlfriend? That’s a good idea… /j

These days it is a badge of honor to even be considered interesting enough as a franchise to be made into a Lego series. The Halo series released by Mega Bloks didn't look half bad either, but you just can't beat the real deal.

According to that logic, we should have had Lego sets of Waterloo by now, but I have yet to see minifig versions of Napoleon, Wellington, Blücher or the Prince of Orange.

You have no idea how badly I wanted them to release the Redcoat and Bluecoat minifigs separately for this exact purpose.

You'd think a third party building blocks manufacturer would have jumped on that opportunity, but apparently that is not the case.

I have seen third parties do Napoleonic stuff, but the selection is pretty limited compared to WW2 and modern.
