Yeah, I don't get that Ruffy thing either. He was four years old when he joined the forum, or something.
But Forum 7 is not "devoted to spam." It's silly and fun, but it has separate guidelines which users should read before posting.
One tidbit: posts to Forum 7 don't increase the postcount of posters. I'm still trying to get used to postcounts of 0.
