Ukraine has tried for peace but Russia kept asking and demanding and is not to be trusted. Okay buzz words. Russia... giving Ukrainians peace and prosperity, what heavenly world you live in, but reality is not so pretty, it's not like that, it's Russia wanting land and it cares little for Ukrainians. If it did, why bomb their cities relentlessly? "Ukraine is Nazi" oldest Russian trick in the book these days. Can't go wrong can we? North Korean-made 170mm Koksan (Chuch'ep'o) SPGs have been spotted being transported by rail through the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk. They have an effective range of between 40 and 60 kilometres dependent on ammunition.

The Ukrainians began to withdraw from fortified positions in the salient formed along Sukhi Yali river, south of Kurakhovo.

Further fortified positions to the east of the town of Kurakhovo itself and north of the reservoir have fallen to the Russians.

The Russians have begun to advance in multiple locations on the Zaporozhia front, the first relevant movement in this sector for some time. Rumours have been going on for a while of the Russians amassing forces in this sector, so this may be the beginnings of a sustained offensive in this direction.

Fascinated to see these in action tbh. The older model of Koksans saw usage in Iran (and Iraq after they captured a few) but the M1989 has never been exported out of the DPRK. Wonder if we'll ever see Korean tanks, or at least upgrade kits like they provided for the Syrians, in action.
