Um...that's what getting an unlisted number will do for you...keep you from being listed in the phone book. It's just that the phone companies charge a bit more for it.
True, but some companies charge to have an unlisted number... or was that to block caller ID... or both?
anyway... I just have a cell phone. so with no lan line, there is no addy nor phone number for me to be listed with.
