Freedom is two maniacs covered in mud and wearing nothing but jockstraps and running shoes chasing each other down a crowded city street evoking stares and otherwise causing busy pedestrians to miss a step in shock and dismay thus triggering their sodden minds to begin working again(even if just for a few seconds). Liberty is not getting arrested afterward. *nod*

Not really. Freedom is the right to free thought, and of free action, assuming that no one nor anything owned by anyone else is destroyed, damaged, or otherwise disturbed by said action.
