The last Big Shooting we had was really Dunblane. The US had that mental Mormon bloke and that one at the university pretty recently, and probably a couple of others I've forgotten.

Guns have nothing to do with this, in fact, if guns were allowed there, someone may have killed that guy before he was able to kill anybody/too many people.

Guns are allowed here. In fact, this took place in a part of the country where it might be expected that more people than in other areas would have guns.
