But gun control automticly prevents this things right? I mean isn't that the point of it?

12 confirmed dead, around 25 injured.
Derek Bird, the shooter, appears to have taken his own life. The police are currently at a loss as to whether this is a random spree or a premeditated act.

Massive shame, but I think we can all be thankful that it has been so long since the last one.
I wonder when all the gloating Yanks will come on and harp on about how much better their nation is than everyone else's?

The last mass shooting the UK had was 13 years ago. The US appears to have one every couple of months.
Clearly one of those countries is doing something right.

We have a massive population. There is a big difference between the UK and US, more people are poor, we have more gangs and there are more criminals here. Guns have nothing to do with this, in fact, if guns were allowed there, someone may have killed that guy before he was able to kill anybody/too many people.

We have more people, and thus more crazies. I would rather hand out guns at the loony bin that surrender my right so self defense.
You have five times the number of people the UK has, and way more than five times the number of mass shootings.
As I said: clearly one of those countries is doing something right.
