I cant understand Ron DeSantis challenging President Trump for the Republican nomination for President of the USA, while campaigning like right wing Trump on the issues and using the similar theme version, Make America Florida, he cant out Trump Trump. His best political bet would have been trying to make a deal with President Trump to be his Vice President in 2024, and win the support of Trump's base voters for 2028. of course they would have to work out the 12 amendment problem similar to how Bush and Cheney worked it out. Many of us still hope for President Trump and Vice President Ron DeSantis 2024. I hope and we hope Ron DeSantis understands if he comes in second place to Trump by whatever Percentage %, there will be a lot of political pressure at the Republican convention and outside the Republican convention, for Ron DeSantis and President Trump To kiss and make up like politics works, and for Ron DeSantis to be President Trump's Vice President in 2024.
