Because free speech isn't good in of itself. It is good as a result of its generally good consequences. FOX broadcasting misinformation and hate propaganda on a daily basis does not advance the good. It undermines democracy and advances anti-reality ideological commitments among impressionable viewers.

So you don't believe in a right so much as a general ability to advance the public good.

Where it does not advance happiness and instead causes harm, we accept social repercussions such as criticism and injury to the reputation of the person expressing. At some point, whether it's calls for violence or fraud or defamation—all of which FOX News has broadcast hundreds of times—we apply legal repercussions as well. That's why FOX had to pay out nearly $800M over their Dominion hoax, and that's why Canada's government is considering restricting their ability to broadcast.

First things first, misinformation is simply false information that masquerades as accurate information.

That is tyranny. You cannot be for democracy, liberty, and freedom when restricting the content you may politically disagree with.

This can be an interesting conversation, assuming you aren't in favour of no exceptions to free speech. (if you think free speech should have no limitation, you can read everyone arguing with eurostralia)
Because, if inherently harmful political ideologies should be allowed is an important question.
I would argue that if an ideology inherently advocates for causing harm to others (e.g. fascism, white supremacy, e.t.c.) attempting to spread it should be illegal in the same way advocating for violence directly is (which fox also has done but that is less interesting of a discussion so I won't follow up on it and you can ignore it)

Unfortunately the question of if inherently harmful political ideologies should be allowed, is off topic because spreading misinformation is a good enough reason to ban something regardless of political affiliation.
