No, but you need some damn good reasons to limit it, and the case for banning porn does not meet that high bar.

Basically anything that causes severe and/or permanent harm or otherwise creates a situation where such could easily occur when it comes to public spaces. Private spaces can set their.own rules.

Hate speech and hateful protests in public spaces don't meet that high bar, but they're better off condemned than banned imo.

I still belive, that adult and consenting folks in bed shouldn't be watched by the government. Porn also shouldn't be banned, since banning it is not only agaisnt freedom, but is also a major waste of resources. Enforcement spending, loss of stability, folks arrested for watching it and this pulled out of workforce... Plus, it's production being in a criminal domain will lead to even far more exploitation of women and men in this industry, since there will be no protections. All this will cost society far more, than it could possibly gain form that even in best case scenario.

Exploitation can be fixed with regulations, porn addiction can be fixed with therapy availability after all.

Already said in the thread, but yes, most dictators hate Christianity, and religion in general because it puts God over the leader first. For example, Benito Mussolini.
