I have seen it through the years. Accounts created for the purpose of baiting tend to stick to a script.

The Supreme Court ruled that banning sex offenders from using social media violates the First Amendment for instance. I doubt minors are any different.

Not to mention that minors usually lie about their age, so what stops them from merely doing that? Unless they want people to show ID to use the internet, which strikes me as dystopian.

The only one I agree with is measures to prevent sites from making them extremely addictive, as long as the terms are adequately defined to ensure it is clear on what is legal and what isn't.

It should be noted that these laws do kind of sound like they were written by a bunch of boomers who know nothing about the internet or just want to punish social media because they perceive it as far left.
