You got to admit, though, it takes some very, very creative (and rather twisted) minds to come up with the summary punishment of 'fill a tire with petrol then throw it around somebody and then ignite it.' I'd personally take being baton'd to a pulp by a group of crooked cops because of a speeding violation and 'found drugs' over that happening to me for laying a finger on someone's Butterfinger.
