Just imagine that this legislator was very rich and was living in a skyscraper in New York and imagine that the vandalism was a temporary disruption of the functioning of the mass damper. Except instead of just pushing up rents, this legislator is killing children. Now, if you think that pushing up rents is cause for some discomfort but killing children isn't, then I'm afraid your moral compass is seriously damaged and you should log off immediately and repair it.

Sadly…..that is probably going to be the case. My cynicism has me thinking he will get a “slap on the hand” and sent on his way with a promise and probably a payout of some sort.

I am sure they will have some line of crap about it causing more problems and we need to heal and bridge the divide blah blah blah.

Basically; the American rule of two systems of justice. One for the elite and one for the rest of us.
