Let me tell you who knows about what does and does not contribute to a job getting done. It's not the asshole whose name is on the building, but the people on the floor actually doing the job. If the boss wants a say in what happens then they can go down there and work alongside everyone else.

If it weren't for the person whose name is on the building investing their time and effort in starting the business, the noble workers would not have a job in the first place.

someone on the street working in a factory for minimum wage isn't going to become a billionaire without connections, especially familial ones. inheritance is a bitch.
